They say the devil is in the details; that's why we believe it's best to be up-front about what we do for our clients and where our limits are.

March 1st, 2017, we've updated our Service Level Agreement to reflect changes in Microsoft programs, new services we offer, and to clarify some aspects of our service based on questions from customers. You can review that information here. Version 3.0 is an early draft; we expect to revise our SLA slightly - mostly for readability - and publish Version 3.01 in mid-April.
